Click on the link below to register your child for VBS. There are two "yes" or "no" questions at the end of the form. We need you to highlight your answer by following these instuctions:
1. Right click anywhere on the page and choose "Select Tool" from the pop-up menu.
2. Find the "yes or no" questions and left click and drag over your answer to select it.
2. Right click the selected answer and choose "highlight text" from the pop-up menu.
Once you have filled out the form, save it to your computer and attach it to an email addressed to viecooper@starbaptistchurch.org. If you have trouble emailing the form, you may print it out and bring it to the church as well.
